Data Processing Addendum

This ePlatform Data Processing Addendum forms part of the ePlatform Online Servies Agreement and its Annexes (“DPA”) are supplementary to, and forms part of, the parties’ agreement with respect to the Processing of Personal Data by us on behalf of you in connection with ePlatform Services under the ePlatform Online Services Agreement. 

GDPR Arrangments

ePlatform Data is stored in Australia with Microsoft Azure. ePlatform agreements incorporate the Standard Contractual Clauses for the transfer of personal data to third countries pursuant Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and approved by the European Commission decision 2021/914, dated 4 June 2021 (“EU SCCs”) and the International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU SCCs version B1.0, issued by the UK Information Commissioner’s Office and laid before the Parliament in accordance with s119A of the Data Protection Act 2018, in force 21 March 2022 (“UK Addendum”)

Sub Processors

We may engage Sub-Processors to Process Personal Data on your behalf, and we do so in three ways. First, we may engage Sub-Processors to assist us with hosting and infrastructure. Second, we may engage with Sub-Processors to support product features and integrations. Third, we may engage with ePlatform Affiliates as Sub-Processors for service and support. Some Sub-Processors will apply to you as default, and some Sub-Processors will apply only if you opt-in. Sub processsor list here.
