Public Library Annual Plans and Pricing
Here are our annual collection plans, interchangeable from one year to the next.
General Terms *
- Prices inclusive of GST
- All plans include set-up of a new platform, LMS API if available, school wide access, school or public library consortium features, tech support, and access to promotional materials
- DRM/Hosting: A one off fee of $2.30 per eBook purchased will be charged (invoiced in addition to the price of the eBook at the time of purchase from Wheelers) relating to hosting, storage, and lending of that eBook with DRM protection

Pre-Pay & Save Plan Terms
- The content credit is invoiced and payable on registration and then the anniversary of registration thereafter
- The annual payments are content credits and can be used to purchase eBook and audiobook titles. Purchases are off-set against the content credit as you go
- Additional titles can still be purchased once the content credit has been fully used
- Content credits can only be used to purchase eBooks and audiobooks and are non refundable otherwise
- If the whole content credit is not spent during the course of the year, the remaining balance can be rolled forward
- If there is no account activity (purchasing of content) for more than 365 days then remain credit shall be forfeited.
- Libraries can change to the Pay as You go Plan hosting only plan at the end of any year
Pay As You Go Plan Terms
- The plan fee is invoiced and payable on registration and then the anniversary of registration thereafter
- The plan fee covers hosting for one year and is non-refundable. eBooks or audiobook title purchases need to be paid for in addition to the hosting fee
- Libraries can change to the content credit plans at the end of any year
