Primary school-ready integrations with LMS platforms and single sign-on (SSO) systems.
As students transition into eBooks and Audiobooks, ePlatform supports them with adjustable display settings, highlighting tools, picture dictionaries, and parts of speech. Whether building fluency, supporting EAL/D learners, or encouraging independent reading, our platform helps students stay engaged and make steady progress.
ePlatform gives teachers full control over their primary school’s digital library. Assign any book to a student or class in seconds. Set age or year-level restrictions, track engagement in real time, and highlight key texts through your school’s homepage. It’s a digital library designed to work seamlessly with your classroom.
ePlatform’s Shared Collections for eBooks and Audiobooks are the most cost-effective digital library solution available for schools. These collections are professionally curated consortiums based on age range (primary or secondary) and region, ensuring that every member school has access to age-appropriate and relevant titles.
Schools that want extra flexibility can also build their own private collection alongside the shared collection. This allows you to add specific titles that match your curriculum needs or student interests, while still benefiting from the scale and affordability of the shared model.
The best way to experience ePlatform is with a guided walkthrough. During your walkthrough, our team will demonstrate how students and staff access the platform, browse the collections, and borrow eBooks and Audiobooks. We also show you the admin features, so you can see how easy it is to manage users, track usage, and customise your library.
If you prefer, we can also provide a short trial period for your school. This allows your staff to log in directly, explore the platform in real time, and get a feel for how it will work in your classrooms before making a decision.
We offer same-day setup. Upon registration, we begin building your school’s digital library, which is usually complete within 1 business day.
From there, we provide a comprehensive setup guide to ensure your library is configured properly. This includes adjusting your library settings, deciding how your students will log in (patron authentication), customising your library, and testing a few student logins.
Our dedicated team is with you every step of the way, from initial onboarding to ongoing support. Once your platform is set up, you can also make use of our free promotional materials to set your library up for long-term success.
Our collections are professionally curated by expert librarians, not algorithms, with significant input from member schools. We meticulously select every title to ensure it is safe, trusted, and appropriate for your students, giving you complete confidence in the content.
Beyond curation, Shared Collections are built by age group and region. This means a primary school in Australia will see a different collection than a secondary school in the UK, with each catalogue tailored to reflect local curriculum needs and cultural relevance. Schools also have the option to add or remove titles from their collection, giving librarians complete control over what is available to their students.
Together, this combination of professional curation, regional tailoring, and school-level control ensures that every book on ePlatform is suitable for your community and supports your learning goals.
From your initial setup to ongoing use, you will have a dedicated team to assist you. We provide training, promotional materials, and a support team to ensure your school gets the most out of ePlatform.
Beyond day-to-day support, our team works with you proactively. We offer free staff training sessions and promotional materials you can share with staff, students and parents. Your school also has access to a comprehensive knowledge base and setup guides for technical areas like patron authentication and LMS/SSO integration. If you need more help, our support team is only an email away, ready to resolve issues quickly and keep your digital library running smoothly.
Our web-based platform works on all modern devices, including Chromebooks, iPads, tablets, and laptops. Students can also download our free app for 24/7 access on their personal devices.
The ePlatform app is available on iOS, Android, and Windows, so students can read or listen wherever they are. Offline access ensures that even without internet, students can continue reading or listening to books. For schools, this means no need to purchase new devices or special software, ePlatform fits seamlessly into the technology you already have in place.
